Caro Beppe Grillo,
ormai da giorni il simpatico Emmanuel ha lanciato un videoappello a te rivolto (www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ft- ddQ3SzI4 ). Emmanuel si è prodigato nell'inviarlo alla tua attenzione attraverso email e post sul tuo blog.
Purtroppo l'appello di Emmanuel è stato finora da te ignorato.
La richiesta del giovane italo-americano è semplice e chiara: egli vorrebbe poter acquistare i tuoi DVD direttamente in rete, senza utilizzare la spedizione postale ma scaricando i files dei tuoi video (il tutto ovviamente dopo regolare pagamento elettronico).
E' sorprendente che, se il video è arrivato alla tua attenzione, tu non gli abbia ancora risposto. In fin dei conti Emmanuel altro non fa che cercare di mettere in pratica un tuo insegnamento: ottimizzare i flussi logistici evitando lo scambio di beni materiali in giro per il mondo, in questo caso applicandolo proprio ai 2 DVD che hai messo in vendita sul suo sito.
Ti chiedo quindi di rispondere pubblicamente al video di Emmanuel e di provare a risolvere il problema che ha giustamente posto e che personalmente condivido.
